LLLV17 7-6-20 Will Rogers on Wasted Time
As the old clock ticks off the minutes and the calendar the days of my life, time has become precious to me. I have learned that ruminating is not a waste of time, if I ruminate correctly. Three things I have been learning about correct use of time:
The time listening to how great others are is really a waste, for if they were all that great they would not have to waste time bragging on yesterday, but would be using today for even greater wonders!
Mike Pyatt, in his great piece, Belong to Yesterday, noted: “Evangelicals attest to the truth that Jesus has relocated millions from Regretville to Peaceful Valley.” It’s true, Jesus Christ clearly taught:
Luke 9:62 But Jesus said to him, "No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God."
Make today Count!

- “One of the very worst uses of time is to do something very well that need not to be done at all.” Brian Tracy.
- “Don't let yesterday use up too much of today.” Will Rogers.
