The troubled time in which we live needs some Hope. Here’s a great memory.
Over the years, I have found courage from God’s Word and some speeches. One was/is the speech of King George’s Christmas Speech in 1939.
The king used the prayer of Minnie Lou Haskins to convey courage via dependence on God:

“I said to the man who stood at the gate of the year. ‘Give me a light that I may tread safely into the unknown.”
And he replied, Go out into the darkness and put your hand into the hand of God. That shall be to you better than light and safer than a known way.’”
“May that Almighty hand guide us and
uphold us all.”
I pray that God’s people band together, holding to God’s hand in this tumultuous time.
