We are told by Jesus to forgive our enemies. That is often a bitter pill to swallow. But there is one prayer that is harder to pray and mean it from our heart.
If you go through a time of trouble, of loss, of humiliation, and during this event, friends disown you, gossip about you, the pain can be near life-threatening.
Here’s a verse on the toughest prayer in the Bible and life:
Job 42:10 “And the LORD restored Job's losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.” (NKJV).
Solomon shares this insight on why a “Brother” or “Friends” of yours trespass carries such searing pain:
Proverbs 17:17 “A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity.” (NKJV)
Fully recovering from troublesome events will involve Forgiving “friends,” as did Job. Why not start this process today?
