Pythagoras on Two Most Powerful Words in Any Language

LLLV19 10-7-2019 Most Powerful Words in Any Language

Language has two words, short ones, that can lead to blessings or a curse.
I’m Larry Lilly, and these two words can make the difference between wealth and poverty, even heaven or hell. Depends on having the wisdom to know which one to use.
“The oldest, shortest words -- "yes" and "no" -- are those which require the most thought.”
Pythagoras, an ancient Greek philosopher, mathematician.

This wisdom from Pythagoras outshines his Math ability to measure the celestial bodies sans a telescope.

The first mention of the idea of today’s two words is in Genesis 2:17:

"but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die." (NKJV).

Many wish they had said yes, to Microsoft stock. More sit in prisons and wish a NO had been uttered!

NO to Evil. YES to Jesus Christ.
