Larry Lilly on Mistakes

A Short Time With Larry 9-7-2020 Mistakes

Sometime ago a preacher “ran an article of put downs” about me. One of his “compliments” was “Lilly makes mistakes!” He meant it for evil, but I took it for good.

I have and most likely will make mistakes. And I do tend to make big ones.
Here’s a quote that helps:

“The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one!”
Their fear of failures stymies the growth of many Christians.

If you are afraid to attempt, you can never succeed.
Failure to always succeed is not a part of God’s agenda for our life. In all endeavors He expects you to truthfully say, “I gave it my best.

Deuteronomy 31:6, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Make Today Count.
