A Short Time With Larry 11-3-2020 Lock on Law
John Lock, known as one of the giants of Natural Law, made a brief statement, one of many, on the subject.
“Where there is no Law, there can be no freedom. Where Law ends, tyranny begins.”
The English used Lex Rex, the Law is King, in The Great Charter at Runnymede, to bring King John under control, as John preferred, Rex Lex, the King, is Law.
Today’s election, along with these times in major cities, will decide for years to come whether our nation will continue as a nation ruled by the Constitution or the whim of legislation or fiat of impulse.
Boiled down, we are making a choice whether or not to be led by God as a nation under God, expressed by the coin of the realm, or do away with God in our pledge of Allegiance and exile Him from public and private life.
