Good Advice: Dr. Spock or Grandma?

A Short Time With Larry 11-6-2020 Aristotle GM

Who do you think is considered to be the best person to guide children? Dr. Spock or Grandma?
Aristotle claimed the later.

He preferred the judgment of grandmothers on how to raise children to that of philosophers.

I like Aristotle when he agrees with scripture. Here’s Paul to Timothy:

2Timothy 1:5,
“When I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also.”

In Timothy’s case, the power of Grandmother touched three generations, and only God knows how many more through the ministry of Timothy.

Our country could use a revival of Godly Grandmothers as they have played an enormous role in the Godliness of men and women, but such impact is waning in today’s world.

A Praying Grandmother is one of God’s weapons against evil.
