That we are living in extraordinary times is without dispute.
Luke 21:7-38 helps for this time.
These times are ripe for Christians to shine as bright lights against a dark backdrop. Here’s a zinger that may help:
“Extraordinary times require ordinary people to rise above the ordinary and become extraordinary.”
The extraordinary Christian will help to find solutions instead of adding negative fuel to the fire.
When we are confronted with problems we must trust Jesus and ask for wisdom as James instructs:
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.” James 1:5.
We who believe can and must look to God, trusting that God is in the habit of using unlikely people in the Bible and in all times. You may be the Daniel or Esther for this time!
